Hello, I am currently on sickness note from gp (after 10 days self isolation-covid ) will this it be recorded on sickness stage?

I would say that it certainly does. You know what the caring RM are like, they don't give a toss about their workforce except getting the job done. It's always been that way.

No ,it is not counted towards usual sick record.
Do not feel you have to return by day 10 ,Covid does take its toll on the body for many and your GP will sympathise.
