Not a hope in hell's chance. Had another two new starters leave this week, one of the runners has been suspended facing wilful delay the office looks like the scene below and the way the screws have been asking folk to work days off on the promise of another day off that is then reneged on, even fewer peeps if any will be working over their time. Just waiting for the slightest thing to make it all kick off here, very ugly.

I dont think we will be 100% clear this year. I will do my best but the revision was OTT and sunk a few deliveries.
Rows of houses all bearing down on me........I can feel their blue hands touching me.......All these things in all positions.........All these things will one day take control..........

I'm finishing on time come hell or high water. I've got family and a large Bailey's to get to ffs.

Will deliver all packets and as many cards / NHS letters I can manage. The rest can wait.

Absolutely NOT, management created this farce and I'm not bailing them out so they can sort it.

I'll be working to my time and then going home to be with my family.

No chance here, 3 on the walk too alternating between the two walks and can only manage one walk if that such is the mess they are in.

My partner even got accused of not doing any prep today on his walk which was just :shock: he could hardly put anything in his frame such was the state of it.

Sad state of affairs really.

They have really thrown more and more temps in our office.

They come in at 6am, get given a PDA and van keys and sent out to do a delivery. No training necessary. Many of them may still be working till 8pm tonight.

Is this efficient?? Probably not but its the only way that we have been able to clear.
On the face of it, shareholder value is the dumbest idea in the world.

We will clear as the headless chickens are in working for nothing before I’m awake.

Not sure, if it suddenly quietens down for tomorrow maybe, a lot of us stayed out stupid late (I'm writing this as I walk home) and cleared the backlog just because it's demoralizing to see the same stuff in the van multiple days.
