No chance, mate. Unless, we agree to become so "flexible", we begin to work ourselves ever nearer that early grave. When Royal Fail offer us more
money by way of either a pay rise, or bonus, they demand we not only work harder, but faster too, for it. Oh, what it must be like to be in Leighton &
Crozier's shoes where, if they get an extra ten grand a year, it's never dependant on whether the two useless cretins shuffle an extra couple of sheets
of paper, or not.
I cannot do any more than I'm doing at present, so am expecting diddly squat come April, by way of thanks from the gruesome twosome.

shares !!! sure it will be our own money !! think about it !! a large lump from our pensions and they give us SOME of it back as either bonus or shares and you have to work harder and carry more of the so called mail we have lost, the only winners are the people who get the real bonus's and people who will not be long in the job as they hadnt built up a pension and flexibiltiy, how more flexible can you get a postie to be ? :coolr
