£30 so far, from 2 people. Worst Christmas for tips in years. Obviously the poor service this year due to unprecedented parcels,COVID test kits etc is our fault

Raked them in last year (because of our efforts during Covid). Same round this year and no where near as much.

Got a fiver and a card of an older lady even though I’m only covering a vacant duty over Xmas which was nice. It was balanced out by a lady who complained that I knocked the door to loudly as her baby was sleeping.

Or it could be the downside of Covid, a lot of people lost jobs or income as a secondary effect of it. A lot of people are struggling at the moment, especially some who would consider themselves as "Middle Class".

No one gets paid for D2D , if you mean the delivery supplement , mail centre staff don't get paid that .

Not our fault in 25 years I've always given100% and I still do,but I've an impossible workload due to over ambitious revisions
