I am glad that some people actually do notice that very important fact. Everyone is frowning upon ghost OT but this also is saving the quite a lot of money. Obviously not as much as people doing regularly 2-3days of mails. Royal Mail is getting away with a murder and all of the above suits them very well.

It has been £200 for years now, not sure exactly how many, but it used to seem a nice sum but given inflation etc since then it now seems pitiful given the size of the company.

Remember when it used to be £60. And that was for working from 5am to 3pm M-F and 5am to 12.35 on Saturdays. Plus a few hours on Sunday! So RM have always been mean and stingy!
