Lost our night shift 3 years ago. Funny enough, when we complained and asked CWU to help us nothing happened. Bigger DO's did not give a s**t either. Now its happening all over the place there is widespread condemnation.

I have said time and time again on the forum that people are not bothered about what happens down the line until it affects them directly.

Because we are a smaller DO we have had no CWU backing or support for any of the cuts that came our way, just a quote like " Its inevitable."

Same people moaning about their local Post Offices shutting are the same people moaning when we went on strike to save 'services'. They didn t give a toss about us starting later etc. Now the Post Offices are shutting and being reviewed and 'its a disgrace'.
I bet when the flexiblity comes in soon and everyones doing another bag for nothing, the same people that took the £175.00 XMAS payment will be moaning that it isn t quite what they expected!!

:no no Well done for voting YES. Spent the £175.00 yet cos you won t make it back in overtime!!!!!!!!!!! :arrrghhh
