Driver Line Training
Good Afternoon all, please find attached the newly designed training module to help our Delivery & Collection team members better understand how to use the Driver Line manifest functionality.
The training will also be available on the content on demand screens in depots very soon, Operations Managers will receive instruction on how to access this training in due course.
We will also be looking to get the training installed on the REX laptops too.
This is a new approach for developing training material in PFW and there will be more to follow.

I Wrote-During Covid-Which is still relevant now
It's good to get these types of threads, the ridiculous my manager said bollox, so we can reassure ourselves that while the world is falling apart, Royal Mail managers are still being the low-life C***S they have always been.
My BFF Clash
The daily grind of having to argue your case with an intellectual pigmy of a line manager is physically and emotionally draining.

Re: RMCtv : Driver Line Training
Great but nothing has changed since day one. Why why why do the stops have to be put into 2 hour slots? where's the logic in that?. I have been doing the same route for years and still don't know how many drops I can do in any particular hour of any particular day. So you want us to guess how many drops we can do in each 2 hour window then go through each stop and move it around to fix it. I tried it a few weeks ago and gave up after 20 minutes. Why not draw a line and let the computer work out the timings as it does on auto mode. Then again what do we drivers that use the system know.
