Mr Rush you are deluded, daily failures are down to non replacement of staff.
We are told to clear lapsing first and we have to contend with Late delivery of mail from mailcentres which compounds the issue .
Some days we dont clear the lapsing of half a round till 11.30 to then start a 5 hour round.
We can do the maths but this penpusher obviously can't and he wants us to do O/T as well :arrrghhh :arrrghhh :arrrghhh

18,000 steps???? Not done less than 23,000 on any van share yet.

Please stop this disrespectful and patronising bullshit, you do yourself no favours.

I look forward to Nick reporting back tomorrow about how he had a gentle stroll around, chatted with several people, turned down a few cuppas, and got back 30 minutes before the finish time so he nipped out and cleared the rest of the office.

Not a double slot to be seen...all the slots in place and none snapped.

And I bet his packets weren't falling off the frame by half eight either...

Wow. 18,000 steps. Don’t overdo it fella.
We only managed 1 1/4 frames in our time today. 24,400 steps. Can’t remember the last time I done less than 20,000. Ive walked 3,000 miles since 1st January. That’s only my recorded steps. Shattered.
