Hi I am a PHG and need some help, can anyone confirm which A Level tasks have to be performed so as to be able to claim the Leadership Allowance ?

You only get leadership allowance if you are a officer in charge.
Look at allowances in the pay section when you are on the intranet
site,it gives you a breakdown of the criteria you need to get the payment.

Just remember if you claim leadership allowance you are in charge of your office while no manager about so if anything goes wrong you are responsible PHGS uni grade now

- it must be nigh on 10 years since the uni grade came in and was supposed to be the answer to the phg shortage and leadership allowance - ha ha ha - if only we could find some.
