You ask for proof.. Ok fair call... But you and i know that there is a RM proof and REAL PROOF... It all depends on which side of the fence u stand.... So the PEC coming into the fray must mean that there is enough reason in its self...

When you say that people come on here to tell of there issues That "ur old enough to take with a helping of salt." BUT it confers with other peoples problems there will be a natural debate about it... Thats what a chat room is all about and why this site is so popular and lastly and importantly Why RM screws come on here and troll and grass and act like the gastapo.... You have your opinion as we all have.. Now the fact that people feel angry and upset enough to post personal comments must have some merits... I think they do... Now everybody in the REAL WORLD ,, Not RM world has a chance to speak there minds in a democratic society But in this forum when a postie posts something on here and then gets pulled up by a screw then its not free speech in action... Yes abuse is for all of us to curb and keep in check but then it works on both sides. RM Using posts on a site as evidence in a sacking or suspended case is on dodgy ground... The law of the land and RM are two different things when it comes to RIGHTS....

TMan what would be proof to you. Just a question as I would have thought 3 independent sources (albeit 2 of which you don't believe have creditbility)

well as a Employment Tribunal is recognised in law and that tribunal is yet to sit, of course they have to watch their wording in case if adversely affects the standing of the case for their members.
