should be doing this everyday so they'll know that some rounds aint fair,but therea gain they know all this anyway :evil/mad

OOOO they know it, but if people are willing to constantly do the extra work without comment, even if they do get the extra docket, the system is always going to let them, after all its less work for the manager to manage.

If you think your duty is too long or has too much on it, read up on RMs way how to do your duty and follow teh guidance to the letter, no more no less. You will have to get used to working to your time if you are used to rushing round just because you want to finish early, but it is the only way that RM seem to get the message.

I am proud to be a Postman, I am proud to work with my colleagues and friends, I am even proud to work for Royal Mail, but why should that allow RM not to change and improve the working situation, just because its easier to leave the status quo as it is.

I Wrote-During Covid-Which is still relevant now
It's good to get these types of threads, the ridiculous my manager said bollox, so we can reassure ourselves that while the world is falling apart, Royal Mail managers are still being the low-life C***S they have always been.

The daily grind of having to argue your case with an intellectual pigmy of a line manager is physically and emotionally draining.
