Really bad this morning woke up to a blanket of snow, ended up bringing back half my duty because I couldn't get to them so was back within my time but it's gonna be back tomorrow (it's raining now so no more snow).

When the snow gets really bad here we use the pigeons to carry the mail and the whippets pull the sled to the offie for the booze and fags - sometimes we put the central heating on - that's where the wife eats 10 tins of beans and lets rip under the bed covers - sometimes I wonder if it's worth the price of the beans because we have to leave the window open.

He was only trying to save his bacon ,we have so many people off thru sickness or hols ,he cant afford to have anyone else go off .
The office is so bad that there is 8 walks not covered ,our guys are refusing to do OT so now they are having to use managers from other offices (shame for them trudging in alll that snow )

so needless to say my 6 of my farms & 1 of my streets did'nt get there mail today .
At least 150 AP's didn't get any post today out of 350. Farmers are the worst driving up to me in their tractors or big 4x4's and complaining to me that I didn't come to their house :mad .
