Im guessing you want her duty and want to know that even if she keeps her job you will be able to go for it?
I think he was simply asking for advice.
A rep's training unfortunately doesn't cover every eventuality.
Not everyone has base motives.
Fair enough didnt realise he was a rep
If you tolerate this, then your paid break will be next

We are back to seniority issues again... Nice cushy Rural duty and working on her own and all that.

If she had done something bang to rights; and that partly a result of working on her own... She deserved to be sanctioned! Losing her duty should be the least of her worries - and not being trusted is as a result of doing wrong - no sugarcoating is needed. She abused her position - simple.

Working in a shared van situation will be an ideal punishment and a deterrent. The duties belong to Royal Mail!

So if he was'nt a rep would it still be fair enough..

Nah, I don't want her duty. I'm happy with my van pairing, we've been on the same route for a good few years.

Like Clash says, I'm a rep and I've never encountered a case like this one. I was just trying to see if anyone else had a similar experience.

I didnt realise he was asking for advice to help his colleague

Rep or not - if he is asking for advice in order to advise and help then fair enough...
