The start times are changed on an individual office basis but most offices will end up with a later start time as a result of the hour's reduction as this is what Royal Mail want.
Why is it not a uniform start time across the whole business so that everyone is treated exactly the same.
Why do Royal Mail not have to show how the extra workload can be done in less time instead of just claiming that efficiency has to be improved, is this not basically saying that we are not working hard or fast enough.
What is the unions stance on where the hour's reduction has to come from.
