I used to have a job where I came and was able to complete and finish my delivery, now I have to cut off and bring loads of mail back. That is different than before so thats a success then.

Jobs that used to work are now bringing back or leaving a frame of mails worth every day . That is not success , that is a mess , a mess that couldv been avoided . Its that badly done ud think it was intentional . Ofcom are going to fine us big time and probably rightly so , the customers would do the same if they could. As for union fees,,,,,

That was terrifying to sit and watch. Just got home completely exhausted and for the first time since working here for 12 years actually close to tears thinking about going back tomorrow. Currently alternating between both sides of a van share and have been for 5 weeks since this disgrace of a revision was put in. The office is a complete mess even our managers have had enough. To have to watch this weird delusional psycho smile and say everything is rosy has just topped of a miserable day. Pullinger probably up next to congratulate himself. What a shower of these people are.

That van reversing into its space at 8 minutes 50 seconds was SO close to mowing Simon down! Perhaps it did, but the video cut away to some other footage at the critical moment.

Absolutely the same in our place, if it’s not sorted soon then think people will be going sick stressed out, can just about get 1 walk done now and tracked for both, when our days off arnt covered and we work alone we sometimes only get to some houses twice a week, it’s embarrassing and people are starting to kick off in the street at us, sick of this job at the moment. How can they have messed it up so bad, never failed so much mail and parcels it’s ridiculous.

unreal , we started ours today what an absolute joke and will he tell the market that we have about 3 deliverys not even gone out and about 20 + loops brought back , and as for recruitment , we have 14 vacancies in the office and no new bodys walked in yet , oh well at least everything is running smooth so the stock market will be happy and a massive thanks to the cwu for being part of this shite . clueless imo.

Unbelievably the share price rose significantly today in what could possibly be the worst point in our history in terms of how well the service is being run. You only have to glance at the news topics on here to see how royal mail really is performing!

Multiple rounds failed in my office again today......this has been a daily occurrence since even before Covid 19 was invented. The best (worst?) we've had is 18 partial rounds failed and 7 completely failed on the same day. This in an office where a few years ago there would be an inquisition if a single letter was found on a frame by the management when we'd gone out on delivery. You can't beat progress.

From what ive seen the revisions have failed and either leave stuff behind or have simply gone back to working how they were before.

Maybe some unannounced visits are required to get the true picture?
