If collecting from a safeplace then they can only have 1 'bring my label' item. Any others have to have been already labelled

Parcel Collect Enhancements – Label-less PDA Icon and New Commercial Reports

Today we launched three new commercial reports to improve the performance visibility of our Parcel Collect service.

The new reports will enable Royal Mail to obtain greater visibility on the volumes and successes of our Parcel Collect promotions where certain customer groups may receive a different collection price, the volume of free and paid-for collections, the products and channels through which collections are booked and who are our repeat customers.

In addition, later this month, there will be a change to the Parcel Collect PDA screen which will show the OPGs when a collection requires a label to be provided to the customer at the doorstep. This will be deployed towards the end of April 2022.

It's good to get these types of threads, the ridiculous my manager said bollox, so we can reassure ourselves that while the world is falling apart, Royal Mail managers are still being the low-life C***S they have always been.

So we have three meaningless reports now while the enhancement for postman, that should have been there in the first place, has to wait until the end of the month. Shows the companies priorities :evil/mad :evil/mad

Why would they not just save a few more bob and a trip to the callers by having the postie bring the labels to them and take away the parcels?
