I applied 3 months ago for a transfer from one DO to another which is only 100yds away from my house, The office I want to go to has a vacancy & want me, but my manager at my current DO wont let me go, is there anything I can do...? I've spoken to him on numerous occasions & he's fobbing me off I think.
Help!

Only jokeing,why wont he let you go?are you a phg,driver have you got staff problems in your own office?Keep on at him untill he tells you why.Also is your sick record ok?If no joy ask your rep to get on the case.
