This
The higher ups have no clue if they think this delivery 'record' is to QOS specifications.

I feel like rolling out the bunting if I manage one day in the 6 day week when I deliver all my items and return nothing. For him to manage a full year?...mmm...something doesn't smell right.

pretty obvious his signing regardless of anyone being in, ok everyones happy with that, until something goes missing and he will be the one getting the warning or the sack

They won't do that after hanging the bunting out for his 'achievements' - would be too embarrassing.sorefeet17 wrote: ↑21 Sep 2021, 19:38pretty obvious his signing regardless of anyone being in, ok everyones happy with that, until something goes missing and he will be the one getting the warning or the sack![]()

For whatever reason, a video of him is on Workplace with this as a new, news story, I won't put it up.
I like this comment...
Just checked. It was 22nd November 2017 last wrote out a P739 for an item *excluding special delivery. Not only are you helping customers by delivering #FirstTimeEveryTime but also helping your colleagues in the csp.
And bless Gal...
Aiming to return back to the Delivery Office everyday with an empty van is certainly one of my top goals too. But our Special Delivery product always stops my own 100% first time delivery run of success, as we can't leave this product with a neighbour. Are Special Delivery items excluded when trying to beat ****** record? Because I'm certainly up for the challenge!

It's good to get these types of threads, the ridiculous my manager said bollox, so we can reassure ourselves that while the world is falling apart, Royal Mail managers are still being the low-life C***S they have always been.

The daily grind of having to argue your case with an intellectual pigmy of a line manager is physically and emotionally draining.

I wonder how he'll get on when he has to take photos of the parcel at the customers open door? Although most likely he'll ask them to either leave the door unlocked or leave the door key in a safe place!

I agree , I hardly bring anything back but there's no way EVERY one of his special delivery items were delivered by physically handing the item over to the the customer. Not a chance. What, like everyone was in for over a year? Laughable that this miraculous achievement is actually applauded by management!!!
