Thought it had been changed, so you could mix and match. Or was I imagining things.

Re: Order new uniform
Uniform reminder - Delivery colleagues: don’t miss out – the deadline is looming for you to place your new uniform orders.
With Peak underway, time can seem to fly past at this time of year.
And with the deadline for delivery colleagues to place their new uniform orders by the end of November 2021 looming, now is a great time to go online and get your new kit sorted for spring.
If you’ve been contacted by the uniform team to place your uniform order – please ensure you do just that. It only takes a few minutes.
The new range is proving very popular – with the press and colleagues.
We plan to start shipping orders out to you from March 2022 – but our suppliers can only manufacture and supply garments based on the orders we receive.
If you don't order, they won't order the fabric or manufacture any garments for you. And we don’t want anyone to miss out!
You’ll need to order the uniform for yourself - via the People App or by clicking through to the online ordering portal below.
Don’t worry about sizing - we understand that ordering in advance means some people will change size between ordering and receiving their products.
We do plan for size exchanges to occur – but the team needs your initial order to forecast for this and to ensure we have enough available stock.
So don’t delay in placing your order now – and ensure you are kitted out for 2022.
Please note that currently, we are placing orders for delivery colleagues only. All other functions will be able to start placing their orders from January 2022.

It's good to get these types of threads, the ridiculous my manager said bollox, so we can reassure ourselves that while the world is falling apart, Royal Mail managers are still being the low-life C***S they have always been.
My BFF Clash
The daily grind of having to argue your case with an intellectual pigmy of a line manager is physically and emotionally draining.

Re: Order new uniform
We’ve removed the ‘over allocation’ process. If our people say they need a new pair of shoes or a new jacket, we trust that they know best. From now on, Managers will no longer need to order ‘over allocation’ items on behalf of their teams, all employees will be able to log into Dimensions themselves and order their own uniform as and when they need it.

Re: Order new uniform
Likewise, all uniform items are upto full allocation on checking here just now, nothing has changed and not entitled to order anything I need (from the existing range).POSTMAN wrote: ↑23 Oct 2021, 14:59We’ve removed the ‘over allocation’ process. Re: Order new uniform
I was able to submit an order for several items even though I have had the full allocation and am not due replacements yet. I could still add items to the basket and when you check out there is a box to put the reason you are reordering early. It’s then listed under your orders as awaiting authorisation.goneaway wrote: ↑23 Oct 2021, 20:53Likewise, all uniform items are upto full allocation on checking here just now, nothing has changed and not entitled to order anything I need (from the existing range).POSTMAN wrote: ↑23 Oct 2021, 14:59We’ve removed the ‘over allocation’ process.
