Revision done, didnt work so we reverted back to how we were before.

Table top. Dom happy because they ended up taking the extra that was dumped on other walks because everyone refused it, the revision was at no point agreed by the staff.

Planners in for 3/4 months All options kicked out and we staying just as we were before !!! but having a re-sign
So the walks in depot that finished an hour/hour and half before other walks still will !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Joke is more apt for what has occured -the same people will finish early and same faces fail to complete on time, as most people signing for routes they already did ! very few changes

Our full revision went live on Monday. It’s only Thursday and many frames have not been touched since Monday. All their post and NON-TRACKED items are all piled around the frames. I’d say the equivalent of a whole days Mail and parcels is still in the office untouched. Luckily the round I’m doing with my partner is quite manageable but we both off on our new shift pattern days off now until Tuesday. I’m expecting a mountain of stuff there when I get in on Tuesday. Hahahaha. Bring it on. Start on time. Take my breaks. Finish on time. Not my problem. Crazy times.

A revision is in Sep/Oct/Nov is Suicide. All the hard work during the Pandemic is being put to waste. Surely Feb/Mar is more reasonable.

It's incredibly frustrating being a local rep too, getting members out on the gate to vote (a unanimous no for our our proposed revision), disagreement in the framework...and the whole time seeing the upper levels of RM gettng involved so that I'm left thinking it's kinda gonna get rammed through anyway. Some ridiculous alternatives being dangled, with barely any changes just so they can tick the box and say it's been done on time.

And in the meantime...our DO is left with duties that are too big to begin with and failing anyway, just before peak.

Feel your pain crimson . Its now the worst service in the history of royal mail and the people who make royal mail (us) had no say in helping the revisions at all . Fed up hearing just do your hours and go home ( from the union) some of us cared about our customers mail etc . So whats Terry saying btw ?

Just imagine we all cut off and finish at our time. All of us across the country. The company would be in a complete and utter mess, especially at this time of year.

They'd surely soon treat us with respect and make the rounds doable in our time so post isn't left in frames or bought back.

We save this company from disaster every year by going above and beyond through working over our time to clear the Xmas mail/parcels. We are banned from booking time off in December..... And what do we get for it..... a £200 bonus. This is how much they reward us for sacrificing time with our families over xmas, exhausting ourselves and helping them make an absolute killing in profits during this period.

This bonus should be significantly more. If we all cut off at Xmas, each day, they'd soon give us a £1000 Xmas bonus for completing through the 6 weeks before Xmas.
