Bit confused about this, I applied to join this last month (paying for RM shares out of my wage), payments have been taken from my pay but it’s still showing me as having 0 shares.
Am I missing something - Is there a delay to the scheme buying shares?

They're not purchased the day the money is taken from your wages, think it is in monthly blocks about the 15th.

The shares are bought on the 15th of the month and they are shown on your account the next working day,Which this month is tomorrow.
