Royal Mail have a policy where employees can purchase annual leave to take their annual leave upto a maximum of 6 weeks.
Upon asking my DOM to purchase additional leave i was told i was unable to as too many people in office were currently purchasing leave and it would put too much strain on resources.
I think its unjust that therefore im basically denied because too many people have taken up the oppourtunity.
Can a manager deny the additional leave?
