Does anyone know what the issue is with this DO? Just received an email from Royal Mail apologising for the industrial action planned for tomorrow(wednesday)?

It's good to get these types of threads, the ridiculous my manager said bollox, so we can reassure ourselves that while the world is falling apart, Royal Mail managers are still being the low-life C***S they have always been.

Industrial action at Llanelli Delivery Office
We’re sorry to advise that staff at our Llanelli Delivery Office plan to take Industrial Action tomorrow, Wednesday 13 October.
As a result, deliveries in the SA14 to SA16 postcode areas will likely be minimal tomorrow. We'll be prioritising the delivery of Royal Mail Special Delivery® and Royal Mail Tracked® items.
The Customer Service Point at Llanelli Delvery Office is expected to open for the advertised opening hours - please see royalmail.com/services-near-you for details.
Please note: To collect items from our Customer Service Point, you will need a valid 'Something for you' card or electronic notification advising we're holding an item for you.
We apologise for any inconvenience this may cause and thank you for your understanding. Normal service will resume on Thursday 14 October.
