Isn't a decision on the USO due after being delayed during the pandemic? According to Ofcom RMl should have restarted following the USO rules on the 1st September unless there were situations RM couldn't control!

The USO is back.RM where even counting down to it with a quality countdown date.**** all has changed still failures everyday as per every office.
