Tonight leftover chicken with chips
Tomorrow, veg thali; chana masala, tarka dhal, bombay aloo,
onion bhaji, roti and chutney. All home made and the bog roll is in the fridge.

Dumplings weren't quite right but that's gluten-free flour for you
The Bakewell on the other hand was a triumph. Still warm from the oven, just the right amount of colouring to the frangipane and pastry. Served with double cream, everyone wanted seconds.
