Happy New Year

Happy New Year To All

My new years prediction....... A massive rise in RM profits, and according to the TIME's / Mail / Sun ect. , it will all be down to good old Alan smashing the unions power and dumping the "over generous pension"

All those who voted yes in the ballot have just learned the true meaning of christmas under ALAN......Work you till you drop

Alan " Ronauld Mc Donauld " Leighton : "Can I MAX your duty for an extra 30p ?

Yes voters : "Yes please, that seems like a very reasonable offer"

:evil/mad

Thats exactly why i am leaving on Saturday.
18 years service not 1 conduct code or attendance procedure warning 17 years as Union rep in one form or another and i have loved the job but the end is near.
Thousands have left many with a great many years experiance and many who deeply cared about their job and the service they were providing. Thats left with them and will never be replaced.
Its a sad week for me and i wish you all the very best. I will always look out to see what is happening in the job and you will alwyas have been tota support. Good luck something tells me you may need it. :wave :wave :wave :wave

Thanks for that i appreciate it.
I will keep looking at whats going on and will still be an active member of this site.
Site's like this i feel have really helped postman and women all over the country to come together and share stories rumours and debate the real issues.
I think right know everyone should put all their energies into helping our friends at Burslem and help them in their fight for justice.
Support them and lets show RM they will not beat us.
