THE AVERAGE PAY CARRY ON

The agreement says "The parties will jointly update employees on progress
and projected payment timelines".

Have we any updates when we will receive the backdated money we are owed?? :silenced

Had the email from lawyer representing RM essentially saying withdraw the Employment Tribunal claim by 23rd Sept to get paid on 8th Oct. Other people at my office had the same email.

Those that make a claim through ACAS / ET will get some sort of payment on 8th Oct as well as those that withdrew their claims.

What will we get paid? I dont know. Agreement said it would be backdated for two years.

Mine is with ACAS and I have had no such email.
Does the email state those with claims in will receive an interim payment in 8fh October??
Can't see that happening but would be nice.
Incidentally, have heard bugger all from court re a date for tribunal, no surprise really.

have you resubmitted all your claims again ? , as this great agreement stated that if you dont want to go with this s**t agreement thats what you would have to do .

My ET claim has been open since September 2019.
I have a claim reference etc.
Never once submitted anything, other than the original filing of my claim.
It was put on hold I think as there was a deal in the offing.
Tbh they're just as bad as the union and RM themselves in respect of dragging their heels.
The last I heard was an email from them, around 7 weeks ago, asking if I wanted to keep the claim open given the deal reached.
Too sodding right I do.
The whole situation is an absolute joke.
