We haven’t had a proper WTL in 5 years or more. SWW and unmanageable work loads will leave very little time on a Tuesday ( our shortest working day ) to have them.

It was proposed to go down to 15 minutes prior to the last 'agreement' being forced upon us.
Don't know if the reduction was actually approved, it's all smoke and mirrors as usual.

Aren't these dedicated sessions the "Huddles"?

Taking Steps to Reintroduce Worktime Listening & Learning
Face to face conversation with our teams is our single most valuable communication channel. These are crucial opportunities to understand change, discuss issues and give feedback, and are an essential building block of trust.
At the outset of the pandemic, our regular WTLL sessions were paused due to social distancing. With the prospect of this easing, we are looking to take steps to reintroduce a condensed version of WTLL across our operation – with shorter sessions at first, but building up to a fuller relaunch after peak.
There are a number of customer initiatives coming up that we need our people to understand, so look out for these over the next few weeks.
But to start with, please talk to your team next week about our recent trading update, what it means for them and share details of your unit’s current quality performance.

It's good to get these types of threads, the ridiculous my manager said bollox, so we can reassure ourselves that while the world is falling apart, Royal Mail managers are still being the low-life C***S they have always been.
My BFF Clash
The daily grind of having to argue your case with an intellectual pigmy of a line manager is physically and emotionally draining.

No WTLL today , just like the previous 75 weeks.
Managers do not care about any communications with staff, they only want to clear as many tracked parcels as possible

They can dream on about offices having WTLL, most offices don't have the time anymore
