I like the 6 weeks holidays,
At my new place you get 25 days plus bank holidays the moment your hired. After 5 years you get 30 days plus bank holidays. Royal fail make you do 20 years hard labour before you get that amount of annual leave.

There are much better ways to earn a living and far far better companies out there.

As Simon himself says "Theres 400+ applicants" for every RM vacancy advertised.

Super Simon said in his latest video that the recruitment team is struggling with 400+ per week applications from around the business.
3 times more than the team can handle.

It's good to get these types of threads, the ridiculous my manager said bollox, so we can reassure ourselves that while the world is falling apart, Royal Mail managers are still being the low-life C***S they have always been.

The daily grind of having to argue your case with an intellectual pigmy of a line manager is physically and emotionally draining.

Funny that, when our part of the 'team' is struggling with more work than we can handle we are told its not just good enough to clear that but we must try and clear the entire office
If you tolerate this, then your paid break will be next
