It's a slip road. You can see a bit of the other crash barrier under the message.

The clarity of the wheels etc. indicates that the vehicle is stationary, so why is he taking his break on a slip road?

The clarity of the picture could be down to it being a digital picture.

As a counterpoint his head and shoulder position seem to indicate he is looking in his drivers side mirror as though he is preparing to turn/move right within a few moments - pure conjecture though and totally off topic.

'appy new year :Very Happy
I Wrote-During Covid-Which is still relevant now
It's good to get these types of threads, the ridiculous my manager said bollox, so we can reassure ourselves that while the world is falling apart, Royal Mail managers are still being the low-life C***S they have always been.
My BFF Clash
The daily grind of having to argue your case with an intellectual pigmy of a line manager is physically and emotionally draining.

If he's in the North East of Scotland (a) why does the van have 'E=R' on the door and the Wolverhampton vehicle registration 'DA' and (b) why isn't there a covering of snow like on the card sent with our fifty 1st class Christmas stamps ?
And a happy new year to one and all.

Would love to say hope it is a better year at work than this year has been, but we all know its not going to be.

So keep on moving, moving, moving your feet
Keep on shuf-shuf-shuffling to this ghost dance beat
Just keep on walking down never ending streets
