I think he makes a valid point, allbeit doesn't help to fix the situation, but does help to understand it. It also highlights it's not fixable. To reinforce this, we have a lack of staff in many offices, and RM still steamrolling with the BS.
My office stayed at 1 in 6 due due to voting majority wanting it to stay. Dunno why.

We were told a couple of weeks ago by a senior RM manager who had someone senior for the CWU with them that 1 in 4 is the new standard. It was news to us and we are not going to be using it going forward.

but dont you think its s**t when the cwu pushed this agreement forward to members saying all these different duty options and these will be voted on in your office .
