I skimmed through the vid and it's safe to say due to such poor content and low quality filming and production, his channel certainly isn't going anywhere.

I think the way the YT algos work, viewers have to watch near the whole video for it to get picked up as being recommended video. I can't see anyone wanting to watch his poor performance for very long.

There is a report button with various offerings if people are that concerned. While it's certainly not socially acceptable to film random people close up, i doubt his videos will get any notice from even the most anti RM channels if they even existed.

I am an up and coming Site Auditor who visits sites of public interest to understand how they react to a member of the public with a camera, another camera and a third camera all rolling at the same time.
Ah, like those yanks who mope around outside old folks homes/schools/prisons/etc, waving a camera round like they're a voyeur/planning a breakout/whatever so they can argue when the inevitable question gets asked.

It wouldn't surprise me if these folk have seen those US videos, and take the US laws/rights mentioned (sometimes inapproprately) as verbatim for the UK too.

I look forward to their open carry audit of the City of London. That I would watch.

Yep, Lord of Fraudits is trying to elicit a reaction whenever he hangs around the delivery offices with his camera. A reaction he hopes would entertain his subscribers and feed his coffers.

I won't post too much about him for now since he feels "threatened" by Royal Mail, even if he's the one doing the provocations, but save to say that this clip has him whining about being the victim:

Update on First Audit

To be fair, he did quote Section 33 of the Criminal Justice Act 1972, and argued that it gave him the right to be there. Not sure how that would stand with him filming as well though...As others said, he'll end up getting himself into trouble.

Filming depends on the intent.

Anyone can film any public space with no issue for personal reasons (filming your kids in the park, dashcams, CCTV, doorbell cameras, whatever), but commercial interests may require permits (depending on the commercial application) and permission from relevant authorities and private persons/organisations. Journalism obviously has less stringent requirements, but that obviously depends on whether the filming done is seen as real journalism (which is where these sorts of people may come unstuck when they pick on the wrong organisation).

Anyone who finds themselves in some form of role in these sorts of video has the right to demand their face be blurred and voice disguised under GDPR (so long as we still conform to GDPR, and possibly after too if Youtube continue to uphold such complaints).

He doesn't know what he is talking about, the public is not permitted unlimited access to the Delivery Office in fact they only have permission to enter the public side of the Callers Office, therefore Section 33 of the Criminal Justice Act 1972 as quoted is meaningless as the DO is not a "Public Place"
Extension of definition of " public place " in Public Order Act 1936
For the definition of " Public place " in section 9(1) of the [1936 c. 6 (1 Edw. 8 & 1 Geo. 6).] Public Order Act 1936 there shall be substituted—
“" Public place " includes any highway and any other premises or place to which at the material time the public have or are permitted to have access, whether on payment or otherwise”.

There seems to be a few people doing this crap, it's really embarrassing for them, and even more for their subscribers.
What kind of world are we living in.
I'm sure there's one bloke that just does our offices.
Get a life ffs.
I Wrote-During Covid-Which is still relevant now
It's good to get these types of threads, the ridiculous my manager said bollox, so we can reassure ourselves that while the world is falling apart, Royal Mail managers are still being the low-life C***S they have always been.
My BFF Clash
The daily grind of having to argue your case with an intellectual pigmy of a line manager is physically and emotionally draining.

He seems to have a bee in his bonnet about the police most of his videos are about them. Let's see him try his filming style at a Football game bet that video wouldn't end up on his blog and he certainly wouldn't be asking for a cup of tea at the end
