One for you PBD. I hope you like the little doggy in the video. :wave
Not bad. I'm not familiar with this group, so I looked them up. Two producers and a record label owner based in Brescia, Italy. They were active from 1991 to 1998.

Catchy tune. :dance :thumbup
Bit of a one hit wonder they were, but I remember it being played in the clubs back in da day...

I'm going through a Jethro Tull phase these days. I'm obsessed with them right now. :Boo hoo! :Applause

"Living in the Past" [Album: Living in the Past - 1972]

"Locomotive Breath" [Album: Aqualung - 1971]

Saw a documentary about them on Sky Arts a few weeks back which rekindled my interest in Tull. Then saw them on The Rolling Stones Rock n Roll Circus show and thought the guy playing guitar was familiar.
Tony bloody Iommi was in Tull for a fortnight!

That's right, he did indeed. I haven't seen that documentary, but if I remember well Tony Iommi was playing in a band called Earth. Earth was formerly known as Mythology, and they originally hailed from Carlisle, Cumbria before moving to Birmingham.

Earth supported Tull for a concert in Birmingham. The members of Tull wanted Iommi to join them, which he did for a brief period. But Iommi later quit Tull to return to Birmingham and rejoin Earth.

Earth would later be renamed Black Sabbath.

Jethro Tull had other renown musicians who guested with them. Phil Collins played with them at the Prince's Trust in 1982 after drummer Gerry Conway left the band. And violinist/keyboardist Eddie Jobson of Roxy Music, Frank Zappa, and Curved Air fame, did a brief stint with Tull.

Just imagine what they would've been like at Woodstock? They were invited to perform, but Ian Anderson turned the invitation down because he didn't want Tull to be forever known as a hippy band. :so there :Very Happy

:nana Two last clips to dance to:

"Bourée" (Instrumental composed by Johann Sebastian Bach) [Album: Stand Up - 1969]

"Bungle in the Jungle" [Album: War Child - 1974]

One of my favorite drum performances from my very own favorite band:

Pink Floyd ~ "One of These Days (I'm Going to Cut You Into Little Pieces)" [Album: Meddle - 1971]

Took me 15 years mind you but I blame the baleful influence of her prog snob musician brother.
Looks like her brother was on the right path, but at least you moved her further to the brilliant Floyd.

My musical tastes are quite eclectic and prog rock/proto-prog/neo-prog/psychedelic/space rock are some of my favorite genres. Floyd, Tull, Amon Düül II, Bowie, Can, Dead Can Dance, Eno, Hawkwind, King Crimson, Kraftwerk, Nektar, Neu!, Roxy Music, Tangerine Dream, Vangelis, Wishbone Ash, and loads of others are in my collection.

Admittedly, I was never a big fan of two heavy-weight progressive bands: Yes and Rush. I've always found the respective lead singers, Jon Anderson and Geddy Lee, to sound as if they're balls are being squeezed whenever they approach the microphone. :chuckle

Speaking of Hawkwind (who some would label as the "working class version of Pink Floyd"), these two tracks are great pieces to blast loudly. I saw them live in London a few decades back. Amazing.

Caution: Make sure you have no pets in the room when "The Golden Void" starts. It's been known that cats will race up the walls as the high pitch frequency comes on.

Ladbroke, London's Hawkwind ~ "Assault and Battery (Part 1)" and "The Golden Void (Part 2)" [Album: Warrior on the Edge of Time - 1975]

In memory of Michael Kenneth Williams (November 22, 1966 – September 6, 2021). :cry

Tom Waits ~ "Way Down in the Hole" [Album: Franks Wild Years - 1987]. Opening theme to 'The Wire'.

Really been exploring this band the last few days. A stand out track for me. I like this live version more than the recorded one. Sultry, cool and spacey. Yes!

And from the same year as "Love Like Blood" was this gem:

Bradford, West Yorkshire's The Cult ~ "She Sells Sanctuary" [Album: Love - 1985]
