And if you leave before the end of September you'll get f'@@K all for April to September this year, even if you meet the regularity criteria.
No doubt can't win them all.....two years hard work backpay will do at present.

Of course, money's not everything and if it's time for you to go then go for it.
Was just pointing something out that may not be understood fully.

I get you the agreement is shite they should have simply took the yearly P60,'s and worked out the payment from that from anything on top of your contracted wage instead of all this bullshite but hey it is royal mail let's make it harder than it needs to be company....

I signed the letter and sent it across by email, asking for confirmation of receipt. I received this email from the union earlier today.

I started November 2019, I take it I will only fall into 3 of the 4 six month periods? How do I calculate what I'm owed. If you haven't answered any email conceding back pay do they take it as said that you agree with what the Can agredd?

The silence about this topic with Royal Mail and the union is draining, nearly 3 months the deal was agreed and nothing

It will be soon or soonish.
Or possibly later.
It depends.
The societies of consumption and squandering of material resources are incompatible with the idea of economic growth and a clean planet.

They say they are doing it manually but that’s gotta be a lie. With 42,000 claims to do each individually with even a few people on it would take years. Any numpty with a gcse IT could format the stats into a spreadsheet and input the formulae to work the average out.

Surely all our previous working hours are on a database, transfer it over to a spreadsheet. Done. Wouldn’t take more than a day. Absolute bullshitters.
