Our revision went well, one job got split up and added a street to some others without telling the guys doing it, the biggest jobs and growth got ignored so now weve got guys bring back the bit thats been added to them and it being passed around the office on overtime, the biggest jobs in the office doing overtime as normal and the growth being done on overtime. Luckily we have people who want overtime.
Yup my office too, been on my new duty 7 weeks only completed it twice.

Bank holiday this week with 5 door2doors, theres gonna be more handbacks than usual.

They are constantly moving the goal posts and we are letting them. How on earth was this one way deal even agreed.
Because the CWU are in RM's pockets - so they can have a seat at the 'table' and keep their cushy numbers and screw the rest of us.

The silence from the union is deafening. With this video and the ones from Nick Landon the company have more than shown their true colours (which I'm not surprised about).

I am guessing that the esteemed Mr Pullinger is either pissing himself laughing at the crap that he recommended to the workforce (which I voted against) or he has been crushed under a pile of custard creams and will never been seen again.
Royal Mail
failing the workforce, failing the public and deliberately failing mail on a daily basis for too many years.

Don't be too hasty, you're dealing with Royal Mail here on a same s**t different day basis.

It's good to get these types of threads, the ridiculous my manager said bollox, so we can reassure ourselves that while the world is falling apart, Royal Mail managers are still being the low-life C***S they have always been.
My BFF Clash
The daily grind of having to argue your case with an intellectual pigmy of a line manager is physically and emotionally draining.

dont be to hasty ? :left: , so your telling that him or the others havent seen any of the videos they have been putting out this week ? and still done f**k all about it to the paying members ? , so there asking delivery staff to work harder to clear deliverys in there office lapsing comes to mind :evil/mad , but its because the company havent got enough staff to do it and its not down to covid either , then the revisions will be done regardless how s**t they are and its not about a fair and manageable workload or working structures agreed by staff , no its because they want to keep the share holders happy and he is also safeguarding his job , its disgusting that the cwu havent even replied or talked to his paying members regarding these . disgusting .
