Revision agreement and info .
Hi just wondered if there has been any change in the agreement ? as we are on a 1 in 4 and was offered a 1 in 5 and a 1 in 6 and that is it no other choices , but today they where taken off the table as they dont work well for the office according to the dim , so apparantly we are staying as we are but the duties will be bigger
, but can anybody tell me if the company have also pulled the part of the agreement to introduce parcel drivers in office to compensate for the increase as its no viable as that is what we have been told but nothing mentioned nationally ? , and has the prep of all d2ds on a Monday been pulled as well as its not doable ? , i think its a s**t storm but the cwu have just vanished off the face of the earth , any info as in think there trying to pull a flanker .

We're getting at least one dedicated parcel route in our office...but we're a LAT hub also. Was told the 'warm calling' is off the table too at the moment. I just get the feeling that every office seems to be doing something different!

It's good to get these types of threads, the ridiculous my manager said bollox, so we can reassure ourselves that while the world is falling apart, Royal Mail managers are still being the low-life C***S they have always been.

The daily grind of having to argue your case with an intellectual pigmy of a line manager is physically and emotionally draining.

Warm calling was agreed nationally so shouldn’t be off the table. Its just a different shambles in different offices it seems.
