To date we've never had any revisions for the reduction in hours. We're just told that we'll be starting x amount of time later, and on which days that'll be

The reduction in hours in done by office when your manager and union decide on where and how they can reduce the hours.

PT don't get a pay increase in terms of money per week or month, their hourly rate goes up.
Contracted hours only?
No - All hours
My overtime rate hasn't gone up, has part timers?

This site is really starting to pee me off.
People either don't read even 2 or 3 posts above what they've just read ( where their answer usually is), or ask just plain stupid questions and expect others to find their answer.
Or split hairs, just for the sake of it.
I know, for me reading some posts is like a morbid fascination, every time something's posted regarding the sww someone starts the tedious "but part timers are getting paid more than me" bollox conversation...aargh.

You can't take your current rate and add 2.6 yourself?

In a fashion, just starting 15 mins later on four days. Overtime hr rate is definitely lower than contract hr rate now though.

At the moment i think 1st 10h (applicable to those on ft contract) is paid at £12.16. So this seems to be the normal rate. Anything over 10h then the rate drops slightly and therefore is less than basic hourly rate. Those getting paid London allowance may find the rate to be lower but in fact it isn't if you take away the allowance.

£12.37 /hr contract on 37hrs post 'revision'. £12.16/hr for first 10 hrs overtime.
Can anyone confirm part time have the same rates?
