pre tax year holidays

All the LTB'S and latest discussion threads on getting extra holiday payments when going on holiday for those who work above their contracted hours.For part-timers 'and' full-timers.

quick question please

had holidays booked which i was unable to take due to covid travel restrictions.
i worked instead
i wasnt paid any holiday pay, but they insisting i took the holiday (3 days)

they can check i was in work
however as it was february and the manager states he cant check as it classed as last tax year.
(edited to add: believe i had 8 days i hadnt taken upto 2021/22 tax year..they allowed me to bring over 5 into new tax year).
these 5 were used in july 2021, but they stating i used them in may. now i have 3 weeks left, but believe i should have my full quota of 4 weeks left.

sorry if it sounds thick but ive been self employed for years so not used to being a employee.

who do i contact for clarity? the manager cant help as its "last year" rota he cant access.

speak to HR.. any idea how?

Check the Signing On Sheet for the dates you say you worked

Ask your manager for a print out of your Annual Leave Card. This will confirm your A/L status & if you "carried over" any leave.
Or Download the RM people app & you can check the same information yourself.
