We are going through a full office resign at the moment and it has turned into a complete farce.
So the top 78 in seniority have had there pick of the shifts however the next 20/30 in seniority are been made to sign for floating shifts and then the part timers are offered there pick of the shifts and then it goes back to full time staff in terms of seniority however it’s not going to be done on seniority as 20/30 staff are been told they have to take a floating shift or go as a reserve and the other full timers in terms of seniority are been told part timers will pick before them! Hope this makes sense and I’m looking to see if this has happened at any other office and where do we stand as this is the union that’s doing this.
