My biggest issue with collections is that if they are ordered one by one, it takes ages to scan them because I have to match the codes up and submit each one individually, whereas when they order them at the same time I can just scan all them in one hit and then hit submit. Need to look at that really if we are taking higher volumes.

I suspect that's due to the software developers not talking directly to posties or anyone who has a clue about what we need. The software on the PDA is just poor.

Surprised,or should i say not surprised, that RM decided to push the Drop parcel in box service so hard when this was in the works, and it being a better service overall.
