Ps: Can't believe I spelled Absorption wrong.
What’s the difference if you bring back the lapsing , or you bring back your own walk , it’s hardly fraudulent unless it’s not reported correctly, but that’s for the manager to live with.Blaine wrote: ↑15 Aug 2021, 19:30Are managers essentially committing fraud by telling us to do the lapsed walk first so they can get their bonus and then not reporting the loops we bring back off our own walk as failures? It's the only explanation I can see for telling us to fail our own walks rather than the lapsing, unless someone has a different idea?
Because they love to get on the phone and say how they've managed to lapse 30+ jobs, but not that we bought our own walks back. Our manager doesn't even check for loops bought back, they just get prepped in the next day first thing. Basically, the normal for our division of 40 walks is 4-5 jobs lapsed, when we have absences or people ring in sick the number of jobs lapsed goes up to 7 or 8 and everyone is told to lapse 2 or 3 loops, and specifically that lapsing MUST be done first and to bring back our own walks and ignore long driveways, we can't leave it in the fitting because they can't say the office is clear.rubberbond wrote: ↑15 Aug 2021, 20:45What’s the difference if you bring back the lapsing , or you bring back your own walk , it’s hardly fraudulent unless it’s not reported correctly, but that’s for the manager to live with.Blaine wrote: ↑15 Aug 2021, 19:30Are managers essentially committing fraud by telling us to do the lapsed walk first so they can get their bonus and then not reporting the loops we bring back off our own walk as failures?
