Re: Pay rise April 2022
With Terry Pullingers brain power in the negotiating room? Not a chance. We will be lucky if he leaves the room without a pay reduction.

Re: Pay rise April 2022
Well 1% this year is in reality a pay reduction so why buck the trend?

Our hours are going down and our wages have been going up but let’s not let facts get in the way of a good moan .

I’m guessing the revisions which should be implemented in all delivery offices by the end of October, if they haven’t been already.

Re: Pay rise April 2022
From a Royal Mail point of view it’s all about savings. They didn’t give us a pay increase and shorter working week from the goodness of their hearts. They will be looking for that to be self funded from these revisions and the agreed future revisions.
I’ve seen plenty of revisions and I’ve never known one lead to hours being put into our office or an easier working life or more pleasant working environment. I’ve also never seen one really lead to more equal workloads, which they claim is one of the aims of these revisions.

Re: Pay rise April 2022
I see you’ve chosen not to mention all the strings attached to that pay offer . We get shorter working weeks and pay rises yet it’s non stop moaning , start time , finish time , why can we not just focus on that for a change .worktotime wrote: ↑10 Aug 2021, 21:48f***ing hell even rico back offered 6% over 3 years . cracking dealWoody Guthrie wrote: ↑10 Aug 2021, 17:16Well 1% this year is in reality a pay reduction so why buck the trend?![]()

Just that sometimes they lose sight of priorities for the frontline, and sell us down the river.
It's looking like this deal has shafted us. Again.
