Most would view the writer as having mental health problems.
But then some find a conspiracy theory in the most unlikely places.

I can accept very underhand , dishonest , defensive , secretive , devious and disingenuous , it's certainly got a lot worse with L&C and the pressure from above with that style of management .

I can accept if you take the system on , the system will be even more brutal as certain people have their own little systems /empires to protect and RM closing ranks . Very few people take RM on & win , there is a above the law , we do what we like element . He'd have been well advised if he treated the episode as a bit of a "hobby" , bit of whistleblowing to the papers , magazines but if got obsessional he'd end up screwed up as it's David V Goliath at the best of times for all of us .

People who for example, try and claim compo can have problems , I can imagine people being bullied out of doing something and RM hoping they'll give up , RM being obstructive & aggressive but I think 1 He's made too much of the H&S issue and backed himself into a corner 2 Some of it sounds if he's read too many novels or watched too many films ' I got very sceptical reading about finger-printing .I'm afraid he's laid it on a touch too thick which ruins his case which may well have had some merit .

If there is any merit , it MIGHT be a case of whose calling whom , paranoid or having a persecution complex at the very best with his dealings with RM, going by some managers .

The biggest mistake you can make with Royal Mail is give RM too much credit or over analyze things , the reality tends to be simpler , not that'd I'd trust them for a second though !
