Difficult situation : Cardiff MC

Hello,

so to make this as brief as i can, the last time i worked a shift was on the 31st of march. i couldnt work since because of an injury. ive contacted angard through email and phone on numerous occasions only to be told "i will be booked in when shifts become available asap".

They know my security vetting will expire on the 30th last month because ive let them know 2 weeks in advance, and ive continued to try and contact them on any updates but to no luck. it is the 13th, the last shift i can see was on the 2nd, so 11 days of silence.

This is Cardiff MC btw.
Is the lack of shifts normal for anyone else in this area?

It’s like this most MCs, maybe 1-2 shifts a week that’s it at best. Leeds MC is still somewhat busy just varies each week but Mostly Monday and Friday full of agency

It’s been 12 weeks without work I guess, I’ve already had to reapply when my last vetting expired last year, really don’t want to go through it again.

What do you suggest I do ?

It’s like this most MCs, maybe 1-2 shifts a week that’s it at best. Leeds MC is still somewhat busy just varies each week but Mostly Monday and Friday full of agency
