Well the tossers in management better not get theirs either--------but they will, they'll go in denial and be given a fat bonus for all the hours they have saved by cutting SA down.

Re: We won't be getting one :-(
A few weeks ago during the ballot there was a RM memo on the notice board detailing the back pay and lump sum that would be paid on 14th December, if it was a YES vote. Obviously this was to encourage the waverers and undermine the NO campaign, underneath the lump sum payment details there was also the Christmas bonus payment. According to RM the Christmas Bonus WILL be paid on December 21st. As usual I'll believe it when I see it, but if the bonus is not paid surely we would have a case against them. Misrepresentation or downright lying to encourage the vote in their favour must be illegal. If it's not paid, I'll be seeing a lawyer (not, I hasten to add a Union one)andy2007 wrote:We were told at our "Team Brief", that we won't be getting a Christmas Bonus, just the Stamps!![]()

Bonus
Well that's me down to the soup kitchen with the wife and kids been off sick now for 8 weeks not due to go back for atleast 8 more , might go down town and sit their with a cap in hand ,might even make more money that way. Iallways thought that the bonus was for all the hard work that we had put in during the whole year, and not just the four weeks leading upto x-mas. How wrong can one be.

We're definately not getting it at the RDC!
I recieved the following with my Payslip on Saturday:

There is no mention of ANY Christmas Bonus on there! Apparently, the rest of you got one saying that you would get the Bonus money this week, and giving conditions for it.
Why are we being singled out?
Is it just the RDCs, or is anyone else getting shafted?
