Wow.....Thanks for replies above....I have asked the FB page but no answer....About a minute into video there is a dog nuisance sign (If you freeze it).....It’s says from the borough of Camden.....Could be Kentish Town, Camden, Bloomsbury, Highgate, Holborn or any near by areas.....Come on u posties....It looks like a pedestrianised residential area....
