I bet that duty still has all the Old Arguments about what an "Over-sized Parcel" is? Unless you've got a Strong/Confident Postie on that one the whole Office will be taking the piss... throwing out everything for him to deliver. :no no

When we still used the Bikes I remember one miserable old git that used to bring any parcels back to you (even if they were legitimately Over-sized) and try to cram them into your already full bags. Normally when you'd left your frame to get a cuppa or have a pee.

One time I actually caught him stamping on the letters to make more room, I s**t you not, we work with Morons! :cuppa
Oh yes! Everyone will "match up" any packets with the oversize as soon as they can and try dump next doors with it if they can get away with it. The van driver doesn't take much s**t and will leave your " not oversized " Tracked packets on your fitting for when you get back to the office. We have had many tracked fail due to arguments about what is and isnt oversized.

Strange discussion.

Parcels are way up compared to this time last year or the year before.

Bundling up packets does makes sense though, if you get rid of some packets to where the driver is already going it makes room in the HTC so you can get in other packets which the driver might have had to take, and it saves the company time by not having two posties knocking at the same address, I don't get why some get so pissed off by it.

I get it with a hct and saving space, but on a duty I work on the Walker ties all his ones that will go through the letter box to it. He then says but you're going there so it makes sense. I take a look at the mail and guess what. He's going too :arrrghhh
