A colleague is about to go through this exact process. They are unsure of their leave as they purchase an extra two weeks, some was taken forward from last year and they have some lieu days. As the management are incompetent, if they are not paid within a reasonable period of time (fortnight or so), they will consider a lawyers letter about withholding wages
