It must be a cookie thing on your machines, if you are stopping cookies then the gdpr script sees that there are no cookies then it will trigger it.
It's not a site wide issue it's on your side.

I get cookies and pop ups still get it on every screen or function. Posting this message will cause it. I have stopped all cookies and popups and cleared my cache and still get it. I accept it is a browser issue as it didn’t occur before I updated my OS with my iPad but it’s annoying there is no solution available.
