Revision query.
How does a rep determine what innovative duty patterns can be brought in, can you have lots of different attendance patterns as long as all hours are covered, I’ve only ever known wallington weeks and your standard rotating day off in the offices I’ve worked in, must be tricky to do lots of varied patterns is it.

Re: Revision query.
you can try and bring in as many different work shifts as you want, but make sure your Area Rep agrees with everything you do, because they will have to sign it off at the end, and you will always get some upset people who will run and complain to them that they are being victimised by the changing of duty spans.

Re: Revision query.
If you have longer days you have to fill that time efficiently.
That will mean either fewer people indoors and more part-time duties or longer outdoors and fewer overall duties.
It is unlikely that an office that doesn't already have these duties will be able to introduce them, possible but unlikely because they are inherently inefficient and no revision will get the go ahead without improving productivity.
It will depend on your existing headcount, part-time numbers and duty sets whether it's possible.

Re: Revision query.
Should of mentioned I’m not actually the rep, I’m just curious to how and if our office will be able to get anything brought in other than wallington weeks and standard 1 in 6 duties. Think our office has twice as many full timers than part timers at the moment and both offices I’ve worked at have never had anything but these patterns as far as I know, must be the easiest ones to accommodate.
